Since Tina Dalhoff founded the company in 2007, we have worked with a clear focus on creating safe, efficient, and personalized travel experiences for both small and large businesses.
The journey, however, began much earlier – all the way back in 1980, when Tina took her first steps in the travel industry at Rejsecentret. After decades of experience in corporate travel and as a travel manager, she took the leap and founded Dalhoff Travel – a company we are proud to be part of today.
Today, we are a close-knit team of seven dedicated employees with more than 120 years of combined experience in the travel industry. Every day, we work together to ensure that our customers receive tailored solutions – whether it’s individual business travel, group travel, conferences, or trade fairs both domestically and abroad.
We take pride in getting to know our customers so we can offer exactly what they need – and a little more.
Our approach is personal and detail-oriented. We believe that strong relationships and close dialogue lead to the best results. At the same time, we always keep an eye on the future.
We actively work with automation and artificial intelligence to make travel bookings faster, easier, and more accurate – without compromising on quality.
Our goal is to make it as simple as possible to travel efficiently, while ensuring our customers feel secure every step of the way.
We are proud of the growth we’ve experienced – but we’re not resting on our laurels. In 2025, we expect further growth, and we’ve recently joined Arrive Agencies, a Nordic purchasing alliance that strengthens our capabilities and network. This means even better prices and terms for our customers.

Tina Dalhoff
CEO
Tina has extensive experience in the travel industry and has spent many years building Dalhoff Travel into a respected company specializing in business travel and tailored solutions. Her passion lies in providing personal service and fostering close customer relationships. That’s why she goes the extra mile to ensure every trip is a unique experience and that everyone returns home safely.
In her free time, Tina enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, pursuing her interests in nature and travel, and engaging with the local community in Holbæk.


Martin Dalhoff
Digital and commercial strategy
Having ‘grown up’ in Dalhoff Travel, Martin also brings a background in digital and commercial strategy, with experience from major Danish and international companies where he has worked on developing innovative solutions and strengthening business development. After 15 years in Copenhagen and abroad, Martin has returned home to join the family business, focusing on strategy, digitalisation, and business development.
In his personal life, Martin lives an active lifestyle with family and friends. He enjoys spending his free time running, travelling, renovating a 1920s house, and enjoying the nature around Holbæk.

Joan R. Meinche
Travel consultant - Group travel
Joan is an experienced and passionate travel consultant specializing in the planning and coordination of group travel. With more than 35 years of solid experience in the travel industry (including her time at Amadeus) and in customer service, she brings a strong professional background and a keen eye for detail. She manages all types of group trips and takes great pride in tailoring itineraries that match each client’s specific wishes and needs.
She enjoys being active in nature and at the gym, loves skiing, and (of course) has a great passion for traveling.


Tina Pellarin Scott
Travel consultant
Tina has been working in the business travel industry since 1994, specializing in individual business travel. Tina takes pride in delivering customized solutions with a focus on quality and personal service.
She has lived in both Ireland and New Zealand, which has given her an international approach to her work.
Married to a New Zealander and mother of two teenage boys, Tina is passionate about travel, long walks in nature and personal development - and she also runs, does reformer pilates and takes Italian classes.


Mette Sixtus
Travel consultant
With almost 30 years in the business travel industry, Mette has seen and experienced it all – from hectic flight times to finding the perfect hotel pillow. She has lived in Cork, Stockholm and Brussels, and her international experience means she can navigate travel chaos, no matter where in the world you are.
When she's not at work, Mette can always be found on the soccer field as a dedicated mother to two energetic soccer boys – and she's definitely seen more goals, free kicks and loud "come on, boys!" than most!


Sine Kjaer Holbek
Senior project manager
Sine has specialized in arranging group travel for the business community since 1992, with a special focus on incentives and corporate travel. With an eye for even the smallest details and a strong focus on the customer's needs, she ensures unique and smooth travel experiences. Her commitment to each assignment reflects a deep dedication to personal service and long-term customer relationships.
Travel has always been a great passion, and it was precisely the fascination with the world and its possibilities that laid the foundation for a career in the travel industry.


Puk Magnussen
Travel consultant, web, marketing
Puk has 12 years of experience in the travel industry and is the company's octopus and problem solver. She has worked with everything from web development, marketing and graphic design to being a travel consultant. She will go to great lengths to deliver the perfect product to both the customer and the colleague. Puk is a globetrotter at heart and has traveled extensively in South and Central America, and has lived in Italy and studied in Costa Rica.
After 18 years in Copenhagen, she has settled in Holbæk, where she enjoys nature – often by bike, in a kayak or in the hiking boots.
