ZeBon is a Danish software company specializing in digital solutions for document and expense management. Since 2009, we have helped companies of all sizes streamline processes around expenses, credit card transactions and travel reimbursements - with a focus on user-friendliness and high quality.

With our solution, zExpense, companies get an intuitive and flexible solution for handling expenses, credit card transactions, travel and per diems – all in one place. The solution can be accessed via app and web, making it easy for employees to record expenses, no matter where they are. zExpense can be expanded with the zInvoice and zTime modules, which digitize invoice management as well as time and absence registration.

The partnership between ZeBon and Dalhoff Travel makes it even easier for our mutual customers to manage travel expenses. When a trip is booked through Dalhoff Travel, receipts are automatically transferred to zExpense, where they are matched with the expense and sent directly for approval.

Travel Operations is a Danish consulting and software company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and solutions for the travel industry. Since 2015, they have helped travel agencies and corporate clients optimize their processes through digitalization, integration and data-driven reporting.

Visumansøgning.dk is Denmark's leading digital platform for visas and entry permits. With a focus on security, correct documentation and fast case processing, they help both companies and private individuals get their paperwork under control.

The collaboration makes it easy for Dalhoff Travel's customers to have their visas handled professionally in connection with their travels. When we book the trip, the visa application can be made in parallel via the platform, so the traveler can focus on their task – and depart safely.
