Purpose
Ninety architects combined professional content with social interaction, architecture, and culture in Paris. The four-day trip required strong logistical planning, and Dalhoff Travel was responsible for organising and booking everything, including flights and accommodation.
Customer's outcome:
The trip combined a professional programme with social experiences and the city’s inspiring architecture. The architects enjoyed a seamless journey with excellent settings for professional discussions, networking, and memorable experiences in Paris. In addition to planning and booking the trip, Dalhoff Travel provided ongoing support throughout, resulting in an efficient and reassuring group travel experience.

The framework
It was important to find a centrally located hotel that could also accommodate all 90 guests in calm and comfortable surroundings. The choice fell on Hôtel Vacances Bleues Provinces Opéra, located in the 10th arrondissement and surrounded by theatres in the lively Grands Boulevards district.
From here, the architects could easily follow their professional programme and move around the city’s vibrant streets, with short distances to major attractions, iconic buildings, and charming cultural spots. There were also plenty of opportunities to enjoy excellent meals featuring French specialities at cosy restaurants just around the corner.
For Dalhoff Travel, tailored logistics were key—ensuring that participants could focus on the professional content, social conversations, and the overall experience.
A well-functioning travel plan
Well-timed flights are essential when coordinating travel for a large group to and from a destination. Dalhoff Travel arranged an early departure on Thursday so the architects could make the most of the day, and a return flight on Sunday morning—leaving time to wake up, enjoy breakfast, and head to the airport while still arriving home at a reasonable hour and ready to return to work on Monday feeling refreshed.
